Envision the peace and serenity you will enjoy when staying at this light-filled 2-bedroom (+ office) home just 20 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. The neutral color palette is soothing, yet touches like viga ceiling, stone tiles, and interior arches (arcos) add interest and subtle Santa Fe flair. Landscape photography by the owner tastefully brings the outdoors inside.
A favorite feature of Los Arcos is the fully-enclosed (dog friendly) courtyard, providing magnificent views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and year-round access to the famous Santa Fe climate. Unwind on the outdoor sofa sipping coffee or wine any time of year. In the warmer months, sit back and enjoy the variety of colorful flowers as they sway in the breeze. In the cooler months, cozy up around the coffee table with a gas fireplace. There’s also a gas BBQ available and a gate that leads out into the remainder of the property, just a short distance from Eldorado walking and riding trails.
The central living room offers a welcoming space to relax or watch shows on the large Smart TV. Cable TV and fast WIFI are provided by Xfinity. ( Please note the fireplace is not functional.)
All you will need to prepare meals is found in the kitchen. A high-top breakfast bar with seating for three connects the living room and kitchen. There’s also a separate dining room for six with views to the west.
The spacious master bedroom with en-suite bath has a king bed, Smart TV, and private sliding glass door access to the courtyard. The large bathroom with stone tiles has a double sink, deep tub, separate walk-in shower, and radiant heat to keep your feet warm in winter.
At the opposite end of the home is the queen guest room and an office, which share a bathroom located in the hall. Those who need to work while here will appreciate the self-contained office, the size of a bedroom and can be closed off for privacy as needed.
Amenities include a washer-dryer, cable TV, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (mini-splits), in-floor radiant heating, BBQ, and a double garage.
