5 bedroom | 3 bathroom (3 full, 0 half) | House

Property Details

Stay in a historic home one block from the State Capitol. Location, amenities and size make it ideal, especially for larger groups. This 1911 historic home has two living rooms and two kitchens so your group can spread out for privacy and separation of spaces after a full day of experiencing Santa Fe. It has 7 beds and can sleep up to 13 people.

The Plaza is a 10 min walk. The popular Railyard (music, arts, farmers' market & the new contemporary arts museum) is a 15-min walk as is the famous Canyon Rd with 100 art galleries.

The East Santa Fe Ave-facing portion of this corner property is the renovated original single-story 1911 house with two bedrooms, a combination living/dining room with a 55" TV, a fully furnished kitchen, and one full bathroom and laundry closet. It has sun-filled spaces with tall ceilings and huge windows.

The Webber St-facing adobe style two-story addition features on its upper level a large living/dining room with oak floors, tall ceilings, and two huge West facing windows in a bump-out space for having a drink, playing a board game, or enjoying a sunset. It has a 65" TV. The upper level also has a brand new fully furnished kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a sauna feature in the shower and a large bathtub.

The partially sub-terranean lower level has three bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. The largest room is a 'world' in itself. It is a huge 'loft-style' space underneath the original historic house featuring exposed concrete walls, steel & wood beams, and a terrazzo floor. Its sleeping area has two low-profile queen beds. The lounge area features a workstation, Italian lounging chairs, and a 65" TV. The snack area has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Fair warning: Some members of your group may never emerge from this naturally air-conditioned, self-sufficient fun/workspace. The second bedroom is a sun filled curve-walled room with a tall ceiling, huge windows, and a queen bed. The third bedroom is another sunny room with intimate dimensions and a twin bed.

Santa Fe has great weather for the majority of the year. It will beckon you outdoors. The historic house has an old-timey porch which is ideal for hanging out on the glider with a drink, enjoying the flowers in the front garden, and greeting the dog-walking neighbors. Spend some lazy time or take a siesta in the hammock. The propane grill will invite you to have an outdoor BBQ.

Amenities include 2 fully equipped kitchens, all linens, central heating (radiant and forced air), central air-conditioning, 3 large Smart TV’s, WIFI, and a washer & dryer. There are two parking spots on the Webber side of the property and two street parking passes for the Santa Fe Avenue side.
