The entire historic house (avenue street entrance) and its grounds to the right of the house are for guest use only. The outdoor space facing Webber street is shared outdoor space with guests from the adjoining house. Though it is rare that both houses are rented at the same time.
The neighborhood is a historic area in close proximity to the State Capitol complex, the Plaza, and Canyon Rd Arts District. The Don Gaspar historic district is a beautiful area and features a variety of residential structures from the late 19th and early 20th centuries with myriad architectural styles. The neighborhood is well-maintained, tree-lined, and completely safe. The residents are primarily families.
