Park Plazas is a community of residences on quiet cul-de-sacs with mature trees. It has 8 miles of walking paths with beautiful mountain views. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. You are also very close to the Chavez Community Center with swimming pool, ice rink, and workout facilities (plus classes)…all at a reasonable rate.
As you enter the enclosed front courtyard through a puerta azul (blue door), you will find sweet gum and cherry trees providing lots of shade.
The home is vibrant with books, music, art, and kitchen amenities. There are high-beamed ceilings with large round vigas, skylights, built-in bookcase, wood burning kiva fireplace, and colorful decor. The living room has plenty of seating to watch your favorite program on a Smart TV (including Netflix). French doors lead out to a rear, fully enclosed courtyard with another kiva fireplace, table and chairs for dining, barbecue and plantings. This is a great place for enjoying Santa Fe’s wonderful weather – possibly 12 months a year!
The dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There is also a breakfast table looking onto the front courtyard.
There is a large office just off the living room with French doors that can be closed for privacy. It has a queen futon.
The large master suit has a high-end king bed. The bed is split to allow for separate controls and provides elevation and massaging features (great for reading or watching TV). There is a large wall-mounted Smart TV for your enjoyment. The room has high ceilings and windows looking onto the back courtyard. The adjoining bath is new with a large shower and double sinks.
The second bedroom has another king bed and is served by the full hall bath (tub with shower).
There is a third private office space off the second bedroom. It can be closed off for privacy and has a separate entrance from the front courtyard.
Please note that no recreational vehicles, campers, motor homes, or boats are to be kept on or about the property.
